Patrick Arraj, MD
Patrick is a second-year resident in the Diagnostic Radiology Residency program from Dallas, Texas. He completed undergraduate studies in anthropology and chemistry at Southern Methodist University before earning his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
He's enjoying the broad exposure to the various subspecialties and anticipates pursuing a fellowship after residency.
He chose Emory, he says, "Because I wanted a clinically rigorous program that would prepare me well for any fellowship/attending job I would want to pursue. The breadth and depth of training at Emory with all the clinical sites, and my interview experience with the faculty and residents were what drew me to Emory."
Outside of his busy training schedule, Patrick enjoys playing tennis and sand volleyball, traveling, and cooking and baking.
