Keywan Behbahani, MD
A native of Bonn, Germany, Keywan has made Emory his academic home. After earning his undergraduate degree in neuroscience and behavioral biology from Emory College of Arts and Sciences, he earned his MD from Emory School of Medicine.
Now in his fourth year of the Interventional Radiology - Integrated Residency program, his clinical interests include interventional pain management and interventional oncology.
He says training at Emory offers "the unique opportunity of being at an outstanding academic center with the teaching and research opportunities that come with it while also having high volumes across multiple hospitals throughout Atlanta including the only level 1 trauma center in the city." Outside of training, Keywan enjoys traveling with his wife, whale watching, motorsports, playing basketball and aviation.
