Aya De La Rosa, MD
Aya is Chief Resident and looks forward to specializing in breast imaging.
Aya says, "Emory's culture cultivates teamwork and hard work, which are the things I was seeking out of a training program. I will leave Emory a well-trained, strong radiologist with many great friendships that I'm sure will continue past residency."
was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic and grew up in Hollywood, Florida. After earning her undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Florida, she headed north for medical school at Georgetown University.
Outside of work, Aya enjoys traveling, trying different restaurants, and being active with family and friends.
