Nicole Dragna, MD, Junior Chief Resident

A native of Tampa, Florida, Nicole completed undergraduate studies at the University of Florida before heading to Saint Louis University School of Medicine to earn her MD.
The third-year resident is interested in body and breast imaging as well as "being a valuable member of the clinical team," which aptly describes the junior Chief Resident. She loves being at Emory, she says, because "My amazing co-residents make the program feel like family." She also appreciates "the diversity and breadth of cases we see and the passionate and talented faculty."
Outside of the program, Nicole loves spending time with her daughter, trying new restaurants, going to the Georgia Aquarium, playing tennis, hiking, and hanging out with friends.
