Corporate Director of Business Development
In this new role, Greg is responsible for driving employee engagement, enhancing the patient experience, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding the reach of Radiology Core Service beyond the Emory Healthcare Network. He additionally is developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, training and developing employees, and implementing performance management processes. As Corporate Director of Business Development, Greg will be the leader for the newly implemented Site Director roles for Radiology Core Service at Emory Johns Creek Hospital, Emory Decatur Hospital, Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital, Emory University Hospital Midtown, and Emory University Hospital.
Greg's professional experience includes 22 years in health care with focus on clinical operations and business development. He has served as Director of Imaging Services for Emory University Hospital and Emory Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital since 2017. Prior to that, Greg had operational responsibilities with The Emory Clinic (TEC) and Emory University Hospital Midtown. While serving for eight years in various senior manager roles with TEC Radiology, Greg supported the divisions of Interventional Radiology, Breast Imaging, Neuroradiology, Pediatric Imaging, and Abdominal Imaging across the Emory Healthcare system. Prior to joining Emory Healthcare, Greg worked for Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, GA and Albany Area Primary Health Care in Albany, GA.
Greg graduated with a master's degree in business administration from Georgia Southern University in 2003 and earned the Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) credential in 2017. He graduated from the Emory Radiology Leadership Academy (RLA) in 2011. Greg is a member of the American College of Health Executives, the American Management Association, and the Association for Medical Imaging Management.
