Irene (Tai-Lin) Lee, MD
Irene is a first-year resident especially interested in all aspects of radiology.
She says she chose to train at Emory because, "I love the diverse opportunities this program offer to its residents. With such a big program, I gain exposure to all aspects of radiology and the residency tracks are a great resources for people like me who love trying new stuffs both inside and outside of medicine. I also love that it is a relatively “young” university that embraces progressive innovations instead of sticking to the old norms!"
Irene earned her MD from National Taiwan University.
Persistent and curious, Irene completed an 850 mile trek across Taiwan, which took more than a month! An avid traveler, Irene also took a three-day train ride from Los Angeles, California to Boston, Massachusetts. Among her many treasures, Irene shares that she has a real dinosaur egg.
