Linda Roesch, MPH
Core Service Manager of Data Analytics
As Manager of Data Analytics, Linda’s primary role is to be the bridge between digital and operational teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Linda also supports Epic infrastructure-building to ensure that it meets operational requirements for an accessible flow of information and data for decision support. In collaboration with Patient Access and Digital teams, Linda leads the department's efforts to a) ensure supply and demand for radiology services are matched effectively across the enterprise, b) optimize schedules to meet revenue targets, c) distribute workloads evenly across sites and modalities, and d) ensure alignment between organizational goals and operational requirements.
Linda has worked in health care and in public health for over 15 years. Prior to joining the Department of Radiology, she was a data scientist at a health-care consulting firm, and a Public Health Informatics and Research Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Before her time at the CDC, Linda held research and operational roles at Northwestern Medicine and University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). Linda has extensive experience in utilizing electronic medical record data for research and operational purposes and developing system-wide decision support tools. She recently received Epic Certification in both the Cogito Clinical Data Model and Cadence. Linda holds a BA in psychology from UIC and a masters of public health degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
