Director, Business Operations for Radiology Nursing
Reginia brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to her new role. She is a registered radiologic technologist and vascular technologist who has dedicated her entire career to medical imaging. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, Reginia began her career as an X-ray technologist at Pottsville Hospital in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Reginia embraced the opportunity to train in vascular sonography—an experience that led her to a role at the State University of New York in Syracuse. In 2003, she joined Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital as a vascular ultrasound technologist, where she has spent the past two decades doing what she loves: working in imaging departments.
In 2017, Reginia earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia. The following year, she became the Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital, focusing on high-level disinfection, equipment upgrades, and the expansion of echocardiography services. She continued to advance her education and earned her MBA from Drexel University in 2021.
Reginia is a dedicated problem solver with a passion for both the art and science of medical imaging.
In her new role, Reginia will collaborate closely with Radiology Nursing Leadership, the Radiology Finance team, and with Enterprise Radiology Modality leadership to ensure operational excellence for Radiology Nursing. Her responsibilities will include budget management, productivity, nurse recruitment, retention, pipeline, and lean initiatives.
