Radiology Program Director, Facilities and Space
Tammy McMullen is an experienced radiology leader with progressive leadership growth over her 30+ years in healthcare delivery services. She has served in several director-level roles in Radiology, giving her a core foundation for leading complex operations. Most recently, Tammy served as Radiology Site Director for Emory Decatur Hospital, Emory Hillandale Hospital, and Emory Long Term Acute Hospital. Tammy recently obtained the Emory Yellow Belt certificate and is a fellow in the Radiology Leadership Academy class of 2026. She has a collaborative leadership style, operational knowledge, and a passion for excellence making her an asset to Enterprise Radiology and Emory Healthcare’s mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
As the new Enterprise Radiology Program Director for Facilities and Space, Tammy will programmatically lead and support facility and space functions for Radiology across Emory Healthcare. She will lead a dedicated site operations team designed to support facility and space responsibilities for enterprise radiology operations to include managing project planning, office space, non-clinical supplies, and non-clinical equipment. In addition, her role will support patient experience through effective space and facility management and standardize operations for all radiology space and facility needs.
